Sustainable. Transparent.
Future oriented.
For us, sustainability means facing up to the complex challenges of our global, man-made world and taking responsibility: for the environment, for our employees, as well as for clients, partners and society as a whole. From reducing our carbon dioxide footprint to implementing digital processes and providing efficient services, we consistently focus on innovation and collaboration – as part of a sustainable, future-oriented corporate strategy.
Ecological responsibility
Our aim is to develop processes and solutions that conserve resources and minimise our carbon-dioxide footprint – together with our employees, partners and customers. Our science-based climate targets, which have been reviewed and verified by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), are a key component of our sustainability strategy.
For us, SBTi verification means a reliable and transparent presentation of our environmental responsibility.
We have committed to reducing our absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions – i.e. emissions from the use of company cars, electricity and heat – by 42% by 2030 compared to the base year 2023. This commitment is particularly relevant for our clients in the healthcare industry, as many companies want to take the greenhouse gas emissions of their supply chain into account in their own climate footprint.
Social Responsibility
Our top priority is fair and respectful cooperation. For us, social responsibility means promoting diversity, living equal opportunities and ensuring non-discriminatory HR processes. Different perspectives, experiences and backgrounds enrich our team, our corporate culture and our innovative strength.
Our values and our intention to create a respectful working environment for all employees are in line with the requirements set out in the ‘Charta der Vielfalt’. To give our positioning more visibility and weight, we decided to sign this voluntary commitment in 2020 and are delighted that over 6,000 organisations have now decided to take the same step!
Governance
Ecological and social responsibility are firmly anchored in our organisation – supported by transparent structures and efficient processes. In this way, we ensure that sustainable behaviour is an integral part of our corporate strategy. The assessment of our sustainability performance by EcoVadis makes our actions transparent and measurable and motivates us to continuously develop further.
EcoVadis-Rating
Our rating by the renowned provider EcoVadis, which specialises in evaluating the sustainability performance of companies, helps us to measure and compare our sustainability performance within our industry. The assessment covers the four areas of environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.
Together with the identified improvement measures and the measurability of our progress through the rating, we create a solid foundation for sustainable development.

Our heartfelt project –
Mbigili in Tansania
The non-profit initiative Charity at [ ] has been close to the hearts of Thomas Marco Steinle, Managing Partner of the good healthcare group and Cookie Heinz Gindullis, for over 14 years. Charity at [ ] supports the Mbigili children’s village in Tanzania. 100% of the donations are sent there directly in order to enable the children to lead independent and self-determined lives.
By supporting Charity at [ ], the children and young people grow up in a protected environment under the principles of recognition and respect. The children’s village stands for the fundamental right for every child to have a safe home and holistic support. Our project has helped ensure this by bringing up the children with respect and without fear. It also supports the children’s education and development until they are able to live independently.
